Our Story
The DMOS People story started in 2015 when Stuart Danks launched DM Recruitment in Shrewsbury. DM Recruitment was positioned to provide specialist industrial and commercial recruitment across Shropshire.
As DM Recruitment grew so did the overall vision. In 2019 Opus Vitae was launched to focus on permanent recruitment and help job seekers and employers to build lasting, positive relationships.
Following this, Simpli Technical was established at the start of 2021 to help businesses cut out the admin and hassle of hiring, and opt for a simple and effective candidate search.
Fast forward to today and when we launched the DMOS People group in 2022 to bring all our brands under one roof. We’re excited to see where this journey takes us next with our passionate team of recruitment experts.
