The DMOS People 2023 Wrap Up!

As we approach the end of 2023 we wanted to reflect on what a brilliant year it’s been.

Our mission is to make a positive difference in your recruitment journey through our exceptional service. Our core values are pride, passion and honour, and we hope you see that shine through in the work we do.

This year we’ve enjoyed 32% growth which has helped us to support several local charities and organisations. We have also added a new division. Top Table Personnel is our hospitality arm of the business and we’ve been working with lots of restaurants and bars to ensure they’re crewed up for this busy time of year.

Let Us Entertain You

We have several corporate events next year through our partnerships. Our valued clients are welcome to enjoy games at Shrewsbury Town FC, watch world-class tennis in Shrewsbury, or join us for a game of golf at Welshpool Golf Club.
We’ll also enjoy local events at the DMOS People West Mid Showground, which we now proudly sponsor. Plus we are planning trips to Silverstone for the F1 and we’ll be having a pint or two in the VIP area at Shropshire Oktoberfest. You are welcome to join in the fun – just let us know!

£25K Raised for Local Charities

We are delighted to have smashed our charity target this year, having donated over £25K to charities in 2023!

We have supported:
Shrewsbury Food Hub
Climbing Out
Lingen Davies Cancer Fund
The Rural Charity
The Movement Centre

And we plan to raise even more in 2024!

 

Spreading Some Goodwill

DMOS People has funded the planting of 1,320 trees and we’ve supported the prevention of 97.32 tCO2e from being emitted through 29 verified carbon avoidance projects.

We were also the headline sponsor for Oakengates Carnival this year, providing a free family day out for the local community.

Awards

DMOS People was shortlisted in the Best Company to Work For category at the REC Awards 2023 – a prestigious industry award for recruiters.

We won Recruitment Agency of the Year (small) at the 2023 Business Awards UK.

And we scooped the 2023 People’s Platform Award! This award for the Recruitment & Executive Search sector recognised 50 companies that met verified benchmarks for their commitment to fostering an employee-centric company culture.

New Local Partnerships

This year we have extended the organisations we support to include being the main sponsor of the newly named DMOS People West Mid Showground to provide events for our community.

We have also started sponsoring the main arena and tournament village for the ITF World Tennis Tour W100 at the Shrewsbury Club.

Recently, we signed up to sponsor the first hole at Welshpool Golf Club.

And as well as sponsoring the stand at Shrewsbury Town FC, we are now shirt sponsors for the women’s team.
