Wearing Christmas Jumpers for the Food Hub

The DMOS People team has been wearing Christmas jumpers every Friday in December to raise money for the Shrewsbury Food Hub. 

We began this tradition in 2022 as a way of getting festive, dressing down on a Friday, and sharing some goodwill with a charity that reduces food waste and helps people in the local community. Now it’s become our favourite annual tradition! 

The DMOS team have all donated to the Christmas jumper fund, which the business has topped up to a £500 donation for the Food Hub. 

We are pleased to announce that DMOS People has donated over £10K to local charities in 2024. Those charities are the Shrewsbury Food Hub, The Movement Centre, Climbing Out, Lingen Davies Cancer Fund, and The Rural Charity. Plus, we have renewed our sponsorship with the West Mid Showground to support local events like the County Show.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to the team for all their hard work in 2024. We’ve had some challenges thrown our way, but we’ve overcome them as a team and now we’re stronger than ever. There’s been growth in our temporary recruitment division, our permanent recruitment clients have confirmed growth for next year, 4 new apprenticeships have started here, and our team structure has strengthened. 2025 is looking good!
